White Pizza is such an easy and fun thing to make at home as a family activity. We get the pizza dough from our local pizzeria or even at our organic grocery. This recipe takes about 20 minutes to make and 20 minutes to cook. Serve it along a side salad or a cup of soup for an easy week night supper. This white pizza looks like a work of art when done baking, billowy puffs of baked cheese accompany a thin, crisp crust and the fresh taste of salsa. You don’t have to stop with just salsa as a topping. Add freshly sliced pepper or small, sweet cherry tomatoes.
Here’s what you need:
1 store bought pizza crust
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 cup organic feta cheese
1 cup organic ricotta
4 inch slices fresh mozzarella (they make it on site at A&S and many fine stores)
1/2 cup GourGanics mild or spicy this will be delicately drizzled on top
a dash of olive oil
any other fresh toppings you might like to add
Here’s how to do it.
Mix feta cheese, ricotta cheese and garlic in a bowl
Spread evenly over the pizza and add the mozzarella over the top
Artfully spoon salsa over the top of the pizza
Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes
