You can’t tune a piano, but you sure can tuna salad. Searching for a lower fat item to mix with your tuna? Try stirring in salsa instead of mayo. I know, this sounded crazy to us when an avid salsa fan suggested this recipe. But it turns out, it’s salsa-lickety licious. In fact, we like it best as a salad topper. But it really sings in a sandwich too. We know you may eat tuna with reservations. If so, try it with salmon, cold shrimp or tofu.
Drain one can of tuna
Mix with a half jar of GourGanics salsa or more, to taste
