So easy to make, crunchy and satisfying, Kale chips are an antioxidant power house. Our good friend makes the most wonderful, salty, satisfying kale chips. This snack provides such a wide array of nutrients while allowing you the satisfying crunch of a chip. Couple this recipe with a side of GourGanics for a delicious treat that is oh-so-good for you.
- 1 bunch organic kale
- 1 tablespoon organic olive oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (LAWRY’S BRAND OR AN ORGANIC SALT REPLACEMENT)
- 1 dash of Sea Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a non insulated baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.Remove the leaves from the stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salts. Bake until the edges brown around 15 minutes. You may burn your first batch, so watch it. It should be crisp and taste sort of briny.
