Ready to make these little devils sing like the angelic appetizers they really are? Simply follow the recipe below for a no-fail appetizer that everyone will love!
Put eggs in a single layer in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook at the barest simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, pour out hot water and run a stream of cold water over the eggs until completely cooled.
1 Jar GourGanics mild or spicy
½ bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Cut each egg in half; remove and discard yolks. Fill each half with 2 teaspoons salsa. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro if desired.
