The end of the summer is a busy time at GourGanics. We are getting all of our USDA organic produce together so we can jar salsa with local flavor. Plus, we like to swim and play with the kids before the cool weather and school schedules complicate our sunny summer lives. So quick meals that taste amazing are a big priority. That’s how Salsa Parmesan became a new dish in our home. We took pre-made chicken cutlets, added a spoonful of spicy salsa and a handful of melty cheese, sometimes mozzarella, sometimes even a slice of American. Threw them all in the oven 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. And yum!
A few simple side dishes and dinner is delicious and quickly done!
