You need: Organic Tortilla chips – extra thick or scoops Organic re fried beans – 2- cups Organic Grated Cheddar Cheese  3 cups, 1 Jar GourGanics Spicy salsa, a Dollop or two of fresh or store bought organic guacamole (see our recipe for a quick and yummy GourGanics Gaucamole), a small container of organic sour cream

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange a layer of tortilla chips along the bottom of a wide, shallow baking pan. Spread the cheese carefully over the layer, do this for every layer. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. 5 minutes in a convection oven.For good, crunchy nachos, add toppings just before you serve them.

Warm the beans on a stove top,  carefully put beans over the top layers of chips. Sprinkle slices of jalapeño peppers over the cheese.

Serve with tons of salsa, sour cream and fresh guacamole on the side.
