My friend Gentra from Fairfield  turned me on to this great idea for a quick and easy vegetarian dip that is both creamy and satisfying. Perfect for a little variation on chips and salsa, or as a topper on your salad or baked potato. It’s low in fat and so creamy.

1 container low-fat sour cream
1 jar of salsa

Mix together in a separate bowl and chill for one hour before serving.
