Here’s a simple recipe that is relatively easy to make, way more fun than your basic taco and super delicious.  This recipe should make 12 taquitos, 3 each for a family of 4. If you need a little more for leftovers, simply double this! The Slow Cooker is the fast easy way to leave for the day and come back to gourmet deliciousness!


  • 2 boneless skinless organic chicken breasts
  • 5 tablespoons GourGanics Salsa
  • 8 ounces organic cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ½ cup shredded Organic Mexican Cheese or Pepperjack Cheese
  • 12 6 inch organic corn or flour tortillas
  •  GourGanics salsa, organic sour cream, or other toppings as desired



 Add chicken, salsa, cream cheese, and water to crock pot. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or on high 4 hours. ½ hour before serving, remove chicken from crock pot, shred with two forks, and return to slow cooker. Give it a stir. Cook 5 more minutes Preheat oven to 400. Place about ¼ cup of the chicken mixture onto the middle of each tortilla. Top with 1-2 tablespoons shredded cheese. Roll tightly and place in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, until tortillas are slightly browned and shredded cheese is melted. More recipes at
