Tonight’s dinner is a vegetarian delight that simply satisfies. It serves my family of four and takes around 15 minutes to make.We all cleaned the plates tonight, and there was a little left over for tomorrow’s lunch. This is  true comfort food, creamy, rich and zesty. The GourGanics cut the rich ricotta and gave it a unique and tasty zip.

Here’s what you need:

1 pound organic ziti

1 cup (half jar) GourGanics Salsa

2 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil

1 cups organic ricotta cheese

1 sprig parsley or cilantro

Here’s what to do:

Boil the pasta and drain

Heat the olive oil in a large pan, add the salsa and heat for about three minutes or so. Add the cheese and cook for a moment. Add the warm pasta to the pan and stir together. Remove from the heat add sprig of parsley or cilantro. Serve it up and enjoy.
