Super-quick and easy, the completely satisfying pepper steak and rice!

Here’s what you need:

  • 2 cups of organic peppers and onions
  • 1/2 jar GourGanics salsa
  • 1 container precooked frozen organic brown rice, microwaved
  • A dash of tomato juice, wine, water or chicken stock
  • Small New York Strip steak (any cut will do) cubed it in small pieces
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Here’s what to do:

Add two cups of organic peppers and onions to a hot frying pan. Sauteé. Add 1/2 jar GourGanics salsa and a dash of tomato juice, wine, water or chicken stock, to keep everything a little wet and juicy. Add in the cubed strip steak with a few dashes of garlic powder for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Salt and pepper as needed.

Prepare rice according to package directions.

Serve over rice.
